The Chakra
Our chakra (Sanskrit for wheel) is the Manipura Chakra,
depicted (almost) traditionally.
In Laya (and related) Yoga, the Manipura Chakra is
the Navel Center.
It is traditionally associated with Agni (Fire).
On each petal is a Sanskrit compound, corresponding
to a sound to be chanted.
The "inny, outy, none" trichotomy can only
be understood after a careful study of our
